We deliver to all regions across India, ensuring that our customers, no matter where they are located, can enjoy Loveaasan products. This includes remote areas such as:

  • The Northeast states
  • Jammu & Kashmir
  • Andaman & Nicobar Islands
  • Lakshadweep

There are no exclusions or restricted delivery zones within India.


2. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹2500/-.
  • Within State: ₹45 per 500g.
  • Within North Zone: ₹65 per 500g.
  • Rest of India: ₹75 per 500g.
  • North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep: ₹95 per 500g.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your order’s total weight and delivery address.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • Within State or Nearby Zones (Delhi): 2–3 business days.
  • Rest of India: 3–5 business days.
  • Remote Locations (Northeast, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep): 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and may be affected by local or national holidays and unforeseen circumstances.


4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order is shipped.


5. Shipping Partners

We partner with Shiprocket, a leading logistics aggregator in India, to ensure reliable and efficient deliveries. Shiprocket collaborates with trusted courier services to provide seamless shipping across all regions.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
  • The tracking link will redirect you to the Shiprocket tracking page, where you can monitor the status and progress of your shipment in real-time.

7. Additional Services

Gift Packaging:

We offer gift packaging services for an additional charge of ₹50/- per order. This option is available during checkout. If selected, your product will be packaged in elegant gift wrapping to make your purchase extra special.

Delivery Instructions:

Customers can provide specific delivery instructions (e.g., safe place delivery, specific times, etc.) at checkout. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests to enhance your delivery experience.


8. Shipping Guidelines and Conditions

  • Weight-Based Charges: Shipping charges are calculated per 500g of the product’s weight, including packaging.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas like Andaman & Nicobar or Lakshadweep may take additional time due to logistical constraints.
  • Holidays and Delays: Delivery timelines may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions).

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

At Loveaasan, we take every precaution to ensure your orders are delivered safely. However, in the rare case of a damaged or lost shipment, the following steps will be taken:

  • Damaged Shipments: If your product is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and the package for verification.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, we will verify the issue with our courier partner.
  • Resolution: You will be offered either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

10. Shipping Cost Responsibility for Returns

In case of product returns (as per our Return and Refund Policy):

  • Customers will bear the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
  • We recommend using tracked or insured shipping methods to ensure the safe delivery of returned items.
